Good to know
Do I have to get on a call?
No. Everything happens by email and one short form. If you have a question, reply to any email from us and you'll get an answer there.
Can I change things before I pay?
Yes. Reply to our email with what you'd like changed, like the wording or your list of services, and we'll update your preview right away so you can see it before you decide.
Where did the information on my preview come from?
From your public map listing. Your name and phone number are exactly as they appear there, and the services are based on the kind of work your listing says you do. If anything is off, tell us on the form and we'll fix it before your site goes live.
Will my site show up on Google and in ChatGPT?
We set every site up for it. Your business details match your listing exactly, and your services are written out on the page along with the area you serve. The page also carries schema markup, the structured business info that Google and AI assistants read. Nobody can promise where you'll rank or when an assistant will mention you, and the biggest step you can take is adding your new link to your Google business profile, which your delivery email walks you through.
What does the 297 cover?
The finished site, your own .com, and hosting for the first year. There's nothing else to pay for that first year.
Can I add my own photos and change the wording?
Yes. The form has a spot for photos and for anything you'd like changed, and you get 14 days of changes after the site goes live.
Who owns the .com?
You do. If you ever ask for a refund, the site comes down and you keep the .com.
What happens after the first year?
We'll email you before anything renews. You can keep the site on the care plan at 19 a month, which covers the hosting and domain renewal along with any edits you want, or take your .com with you.
I already have a website. Is this for me?
Probably not. We only build previews for businesses where we couldn't find a site, so if we missed yours, just reply and let us know.
