How we send email

Shopfront Sites builds websites for local businesses that don't have one yet, and we email the owner to let them know their site is ready. This page is the set of rules we follow on every email.

Who we email

• Only businesses, at the email address listed on their public business listing, about their business.
• Only businesses where we couldn't find a website. If you already have one, reply and we'll take you off the list.
• We don't email consumers about personal purchases, and we never buy or use consumer lists.

What's in every email

• Our name and the name Shopfront Sites.
• Our mailing address, 2501 Chatham Rd, Suite R, Springfield, IL 62704.
• A plain line that tells you how to stop hearing from us, for example by replying “pass”.
• A From address and subject line that are accurate about who it's from and what it's about.

That's what the CAN-SPAM Act asks for, and we follow it on every message.

Your preview

Preview sites are set so search engines don't list them, and we take them down after 14 days unless the owner keeps the site.

Stopping emails from us

Reply to any of our emails and tell us to stop, or write to erin@buildleadpigeon.info. We'll take you off our lists within 10 days, and that covers every address we send from. You don't have to log in or give us any other information.
